What is the warrantee on your products?
There is a 90 day warrantee on many of our products against factory defects. Please email us for Return Authorization (RA#). Items without an RA # will not be accepted by our warehouse. Any shipping charge associated with a returned item due to no RA# is at the senders expense.
What is your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns of an item with any indications that it has been used. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns without a Return Authorization from us will not be accepted by our warehouse.

What if my shipment is damaged?
Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit. Carriers are responsible for damaged items and we will process the claim with the carrier. Freewayfitness must be notified within 7 days of delivery about any damaged shipments.
Do you charge any sales tax?
Residents of Canada will pay 5% GST during checkout.
