Shipping Policies

Most of our items are shipped from Texas, but some will  come from our California warehouse.  Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.  Your shipping charge will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping zip code.  Feel free to contact us with any questions.

International shipping is available.

Return Policy

Our Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns of an item with any indications that it has been used. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns without a Return Authorization from us will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Backorder Policy

Our Backorder Policy:
If we have not noted the back ordered items in a previous broadcast email and you ordered an item that just became back ordered, we will call or email you as soon as possible. You will have a choice of canceling the order or keeping it on backorder.

Damaged Goods Policy

Our Damaged Goods Policy:
Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit. Carriers are responsible for damaged items and we will process the claim with the carrier. Freewayfitness must be notified within 7 days of delivery about any damaged shipments.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
